Black box from EgyptAir crash is working again
One of the two black box flight recorders from the EgyptAir plane that plunged into the Mediterranean last month killing 66 has been repaired, Egypt’s investigation commission said yesterday, as French authorities opened a manslaughter investigation into the tragedy.
The two black box recorders were found two weeks ago, but were seriously damaged. The repaired box will now be sent to investigators in Cairo. Work continues to retrieve voice recordings from the other box.
