Talent show dancer is Strictly’s youngest star

A former semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent has been signed up by Strictly Come Dancing as its youngest professional dancer.

Chloe Hewitt, 20, from Chester, was only eight years old when the show was first broadcast. She and her partner AJ Pritchard, 21, were called “absolutely brilliant” by judge Simon Cowell when they appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2013.

She said: “My childhood dream of being on Strictly Come Dancing is now reality. The sheer excitement is exhilarating and I cannot wait to be part of the Strictly family.”
