LSE merger wins German support

Deutsche Boerse has secured support from more than 60pc of its investors for its £21bn merger with the London Stock Exchange, two weeks later than originally planned, leading the deal into the next phase of regulatory approvals. Deutsche shareholders will now have two more weeks to tender their shares.
