Warehouse firm sees demand rise

Industrial warehouse developer Segro said it was “optimistic” about demand for warehousing space despite uncertainty in the property market after the European Union referendum. The FTSE 250 company recorded 4.1pc half-year, rental income growth compared with the same period last year.
