Peppa Pig brings home the bacon

Entertainment One said its children’s TV show Peppa Pig and a reversal of box office declines had helped boost sales and profits, weeks after the film and TV producer unanimously rejected a £1bn takeover offer from ITV. EOne said preliminary figures showed box office sales had increased 56pc during the six months to September 30, boosted by the popularity of The BFG.
