Mr Owen Huw Rees has been appointed a Circuit Judge deployed to the Wales Circuit, based at Caernarfon Crown Court, with effect from Oct 24, 2016. He will be known as Judge Huw Rees.

Mr David Alexander Evans has been appointed a Circuit Judge deployed to the Western Circuit, based at Taunton Crown Court, with effect from Oct 27, 2016. He will be known as Judge Evans.

Ms Julia Lesley Clayton has been appointed a Circuit Judge deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre, with effect from Oct 21, 2016. She will be known as Judge Clayton.

Mr Peter Raymond Cooke has been appointed a Circuit Judge deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Derby Combined Court, with effect from Oct 26, 2016. He will be known as Judge Peter Cooke.

Mr David Francis Webster has been appointed a District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts), deployed to the Midland Circuit, based at Walsall Magistrates’ Court, with effect from Nov 7, 2016. He will be known as District Judge (Magistrates’ Courts) Webster.
