Storyteller Sarah Kendall brings a trilogy of critically acclaimed live to the radio, giving an impression of small-town life as a teenager in Australia in the Nineties, an alternative to the view presented in sun-soaked TV soaps. Kendall is a chirpy and compelling personality, and her brand of storytelling blending humour with pathos is a welcome change from latenight stand-up comedy. This first story is about her relationship with a bullied classmate, who died for 11 seconds following an accident on the beach.
