Security boss seeks to have ex-wife jailed in business row

-

A SECURITY company boss who supplied bouncers to celebrity West End nightspots is attempting to have his former wife jailed following their divorce.

Terry Neil and Soraya Henderson ran a security business with an £18million turnover, providing door staff to clubs in central London. But the business has since gone into administration. The former couple, who have a 20-year-old daughter and shared a £2.4 million, eight-bedroom home in Buckinghamshire, divorced in July 2015 after 23 years together.

Mr Neil, 50, later accused his 51-yearold former wife of having “misappropriated” around £1.2million from their business, Manage Security Services Ltd, which traded as TSS.

Mr Neil is now asking Judge Roger Wyand QC to jail Ms Henderson for contempt of court, claiming that she used “forged documents” during the legal battle over their bouncer business.

TSS once provided 80 per cent of the door staff for Soho clubs, including the high profile club Cirque le Soir, which has been attended by Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

Mr Neil’s barrister, Romie Tager QC, told Judge Wyand the couple now had an “antagonistic relationship” and that the company’s administrators were still pursuing Ms Henderson for the allegedly misappropriated cash.

Ms Henderson denies both her former husband’s forgery claims and misappropriating money from the company.

The judge adjourned the case to allow Ms Henderson time to prepare a defence to the allegations.
