BA and Iberia to charge third party booking fees

British Airways and Iberia will start charging a fee for bookings made through third party websites from Nov 1, mirroring a step taken by Lufthansa in 2015. Bookings which are not made via the airlines’ websites or direct sales channels after the end of October will incur either an £8 or a €9.50 surcharge.
