 There can be few lovelier ways to spend a bank holiday than a hearty walk, and Radio 3 embraces that tradition wholeheartedly (whatever the weather is doing outside). For four hours, from 2.00pm, writer Horatio Clare embarks on a 10-mile walk across the beautiful countryside of the Welsh borders. Clare gives running commentary of his walk, along with Welsh music and the ambient sounds of the landscape, and is joined by poet Christopher Meredith, artist Susan Milne, folk singer Sam Lee and novelist Tom Bullough.
