Theresa was beaten by Jeremy. Not Mr Corbyn, but Paxman, who skewered the Prime Minister for U-turns on national insurance, social care, Brexit and a snap election. He had given the Labour leader a tough time on Hamas, the Falklands and the IRA, but Paxman’s line of
questioning to Mrs May was tougher. The audience seemed more sympathetic toward Mr Corbyn. Perhaps expectations were lower for him, but Mrs May seemed to have the more difficult night.
