This year’s Portuguese Cup final kicked off in unusual fashion when the match ball was flown in by a man on a drone, who made a safe landing before passing the ball to the referee. The game, held on the outskirts of Lisbon, was won by league champions Benfica who beat Vitória de Guimarães 2-1.
