Hen party with offensive T-shirts thrown off flight

-

Eighteen women on a hen party were kicked off a flight to Majorca for wearing offensive T-shirts.

The passengers on a Jet2 flight from East Midlands Airport were warned to cover up the slogan on the back of their tops, which read “b------ on tour”, but they refused. Police were called but no arrests were made.

A spokesman for Jet2.com said: “The group was asked to either wear different attire or cover up the offensive language and were reminded of this on numerous occasions, including by the airport police while in the departures area.”
