Royal Mail sells Nine Elms plots for £101m

Royal Mail has sold two of its seven plots at the Nine Elms site in Vauxhall, London, for £101m. The postal operator said £98m of the £101m is conditional on the buyer, US property group Greystar, receiving planning consent for the plots, which is expected before the end of next March.
