Dx-menzies merger at risk as police investigate

A merger deal between DX Group and a division of John Menzies has come under pressure after police launched an investigation into the secure mail arm of the logistics company. DX said the City of London Police economic crime directorate had informed it of an allegation on June 7 and that it was “co-operating fully” with the probe.
