Baby mix-up hospital fined
An Austrian hospital was ordered to pay €30,000 (£26,500) in damages for mixing up two babies nearly 30 years ago, even though one remains unidentified.
Doris Gruenwald, who was born in 1990, found she was not biologically related to the couple she thought were her parents after she took a DNA test. LKH University Hospital Graz said it was “making every effort” to solve the case.
