Capt Roger Francis was the guest speaker at a dinner held by the Exeter Flotilla last night in the Officers' Mess, Commando Training Centre, Lympstone. His subject was "The Corporation of Trinity House". Lt Chris Seaton, RNR, Chairman, presided.
