Lost luggage payout for air passenger’s dead dog

China Eastern Airlines has offered £11 per kilogram of lost luggage compensation to a passenger after her golden retriever died while in transit. Its owner, Ms Zuo, told Thecover.cn: “This is emotionally unacceptable to me, as my dog was like my child.”
