Drop-off point

SIR – My cure for insomnia (Letters, June 17) is to recreate the journey from Surrey to South Devon via the M3 and the A303.

Visualising this route, I never seem to get past Andover. On relating this to my husband, his only comment was: “That’s no surprise to me – when I am driving you are usually asleep by the time we get there.”
