Miss Machin, 34, had burst a ball, which belonged to one of Bollen’s children, after becoming fed up with it being kicked over her fence. Bollen, of Leicester Forest East, and Jelly, of Thorpe Astley, Leicester, were jailed for seven years each yesterday after they were convicted of manslaughter at Leicester Crown Court yesterday.
