Mr and Mrs Gordon Toland were the hosts at the annual Diplomatic Garden Party held by the Conservative Foreign and Commonwealth Council yesterday in Chelsea, SW3. Mr Rehman Chishti, MP, Chairman, spoke and Sir Ronald Halstead, President, Mr Andrew Rosindell, MP, Vice Chairman, Lord Sheikh and Ms Melissa Crawshaywilliams, Honorary Secretary, attended.
