Student’s throat cut in shopping centre attack

The boyfriend of a university student has been charged with murder after her throat was cut in a shopping centre car park.

Joshua Stimpson, 25, was arrested at the scene of the attack at Dockside Outlet Centre in Chatham, Kent, around 11am on Thursday. University of Kent sports science student Molly Mclaren, 23, pictured, died at the scene. Stimpson was remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday.
