This much is true... Hadley says he has left Spandau Ballet

-

THE members of Spandau Ballet have fallen out again, with lead singer Tony Hadley issuing a bizarre statement claiming he was “required” to make clear he had left the band.

Hadley, 57, said he would no longer perform with the group, but gave no reason for his sudden exit. The rest of the band said Hadley had made it clear he did not want to work with them last year, so the remaining members had since moved on.

In a statement Hadley said: “It is with deep regret that I am required to state that I am no longer a member of the band Spandau Ballet.”

Spandau Ballet was formed in 1979 but after numerous spats split in 1990. Despite Hadley saying they would never reunite, the group reformed in 2009.
