The Highland Midwife

 The Scottish Highlands, with its unforgiving surrounds, may not be the easiest place to give birth to a child. In the opening episode of this new documentary series, midwife Morven makes a late-night dash to her patient Anastasia, whose baby makes a sudden arrival, while first-time mother Bridie’s labour fails to progress as hoped.
