Comedian Cosby’s sex assault retrial date is set

Bill Cosby will be retried on charges of sexually assaulting a woman in November, five months after his first trial ended in a hung jury, a Pennsylvania judge ruled yesterday.

The 79-year-old comedian is accused of drugging and attacking Andrea Constand at his Philadelphia home in 2004. He denies the charges.
