Let players wear headsets: Djokovic
PLAYERS should be allowed to wear headsets to help them communicate with coaches, Novak Djokovic has suggested. The world number four said he believed allowing tennis players and coaches to have an “intimate conversation” would be a “good move”.
He added: “This is kind of an intimate conversation where you feel comfortable that you communicate wirelessly with your coach.”
Djokovic’s comments follow accusations levelled at Victoria Azarenka that she received illegal coaching during her match against Britain’s Heather Watson.
