At the junction between Hackney Road and Queensbrid­ge Road, a 32-year-old man suffered injuries to his face after two males on a moped threw a corrosive substance in his face.

A 44-year-old man riding a moped had a corrosive substance thrown in his face by two males who were also on a moped at St Paul’s Road and Highbury Corner, Islington.

A 52-year-old man riding a moped had a corrosive substance thrown in his face by two males who were also on a moped in Shoreditch High Street. The victim was taken to hospital.

Police were called to Cazenove Road, near the junction with Upper Clapton Road. A 24-year-old man was attacked in a similar way and nothing was stolen. The victim was taken to hospital.

A 33-year-old man reported to police that he was on his moped in Chatsworth Road when two males on another moped pulled up and sprayed a liquid in his face. The victim was taken to hospital.
