Toblerone gets hump over Twin Peaks rival

Poundland has been forced to delay the launch of its “Twin Peaks” chocolate bar amid a legal battle with Toblerone over similarities between the two products.

The double-humped chocolate bar was to go on sale this month but after the budget retailer received a legal letter from Mondelez, which makes Toblerone, Poundland has reportedly decided to hold fire.

The companies are said to have held talks last week, but both sides are refusing to comment publicly on the details of the dispute, the Guardian reported.
