21st Century Fox calls for decision

Lawyers for 21st Century Fox have called for the Government to make a final decision on whether to refer its £11.7bn takeover of Sky to the Competition and Markets Authority before the parliamentary recess at the end of this week. Allen & Overy said there had been “flagrant political attempts” to interfere in the regulatory process and timing, and said these should be dismissed.
