Monitise delays vote on Fiserv bid

British fintech firm Monitise has postponed a shareholder vote on its proposed £70m takeover by Fiserv at the request of the US software company. Fiserv had asked for the meeting to be delayed “in light of feedback” received from certain Monitise shareholders and to allow for “further discussions” with those shareholders.
