Kettle maker eyes £190m Aim float

-

Strix, a maker of kettle controls, is planning to list on London’s junior stock market with a valuation of up to £190m, in a move it hopes will both enhance its profile and provide permanent capital. Strix, which plans to issue the new shares at 100p each, said the funds raised from the float will be used to provide an exit for its current investor group. Its market share of the kettle safety control market stands at around 38pc.
