Coleman secures grandfather a role in Victoria
JENNA COLEMAN has taken full advantage of being the star of a hit TV series by securing a role for her grandfather.
But before cries of nepotism are heard, the actress who plays Queen Victoria in ITV’S Victoria was quick to point out that he had only been cast as “man in crowd” – not her character’s actual grandfather, George III.
The former Doctor Who star, currently filming series two of Victoria, shared a photo on Instagram of herself and her grandfather in period costume, captioned: “When your Grandad comes to work day. #Manincrowd”
Her photo also gives away a plot clue as she appears to be sporting another baby bump.
Victoria is due back on ITV in the autumn, and there will be a two-hour Christmas special in December.
