Arqiva prepares for FTSE listing

Arqiva, the telecoms infrastructure group, has hired bankers to prepare for a London listing.

The company has hired Barclays, Goldman Sachs, Jpmorgan and HSBC for a potential £6bn, according to Sky News.

The company, owned by a consortium of investors is in the early stages of a flotation or a sale.
