Pitch perfect

German property company Patrizia has snapped up four acres (1.6 hectares) of land immediately adjacent to Birmingham’s Edgbaston cricket ground for an £85m build-to-rent scheme. The land has been sold by Warwickshire County Cricket Club and the Homes and Communities Agency and will be used to develop 375 homes.
