Talktalk fined for data breach

Talktalk has been handed its second major fine in a year after putting thousands of customers’ data at risk of “exploitation” from scammers. The UK’S data watchdog fined Talktalk £100,000 after a three-year probe into the protections the firm had in place when sharing data with its customer service outsourcer Wipro.
