Making its marque

A 1935 Lagonda LG45 is among sporting classic and collectors’ motor cars at Bonhams Goodwood Revival Sale on Sept 9. One of two LG45 tourers entered into the 1936 Monte Carlo Rally, and the first Lagonda design to be overseen by WO Bentley, its sale estimate is £250,000-300,000.
