Family buyout at Bridge Farm

The family shareholders in plants and flowers producer Bridge Farm Nurseries, Shirley and Anthony Ball, have been bought out by private equity firm Northedge Capital. Manchester-based Northedge is backing a management buyout in an investment worth around £30m, according to sources close to the deal.
