Glencore lays out plans to sell petrol in Mexico

Glencore plans to start importing fuel into Mexico early next year, to be sold by 1,400 petrol stations operated by its distribution partnership. The first petrol station was opened on Thursday. The Mexican government recently opened up its petrol market. It had been closed to all firms except its national oil company for decades.
