S&M fetishist outed cross-dresser to boss
A FORMER Ryder Cup golf caddie who became a fetishist revealed an architect’s secret life as a cross-dresser to his boss in an act of revenge.
The victim, who has a supportive female partner, would dress in women’s clothes and call himself “Tina” to help deal with stress, a court heard.
But when he placed an advert in a transgender magazine looking for companionship, he fell foul of 70-year old William Hainsworth, a dominance fetishist who called himself “The Master”. Hainsworth offered to the meet the man, identified only as Mr X, at a station near Manchester, only to swear revenge when the victim backed out of the rendezvous at the last minute.
Hainsworth, a former professional caddie, sent threatening voicemails before disclosing Mr X’s cross-dressing in a letter to the boss of his architecture practice. Police were called after he posted notes on the windows of empty shops near the practice, claiming Mr X’s alter-ego sold herself as a sex slave and included his workplace address.
At Manchester Magistrates’ Court, Hainsworth, of Birstall, near Batley, West Yorks, said: “She messaged me, she must be responsible for her actions.” He denied wrongdoing but was convicted of harassment.
The court heard Hainsworth had previous convictions for harassment. He will be sentenced next month.
