Ryanair to make no Air Berlin bid

Ryanair will not be making an offer for parts of Air Berlin, which fell into administration earlier this month, the low-cost carrier’s chief executive said. Ryanair had been understood to be one of the six companies bidding for the assets. Michael O’leary claimed the sales process for the parts had not been “fair and open”.
