Zoolander (2001) COMEDY CENTRAL, 10.00PM
This enjoyable satire on the fashion industry stars Ben Stiller as Derek Zoolander, a three-time Super Model of the Year knocked off his plinth by the rising blond bombshell Hansel (Owen Wilson). The premise is silly (think The

The English Patient (1996) ITV3, 11.30PM
Anthony Minghella’s adaptation of the Michael Ondaatje novel is an emotionally luxuriant masterpiece, which won nine Oscars. In a ruined Italian monastery at the end of the Second World War, a mysterious, badly burned figure (Ralph Fiennes) is tended by young nurse Hana (Juliette Binoche). With an aching intensity, the past, featuring Kristin Scott Thomas’s Katharine, is gradually revealed.
