Private equity head joins Intermediate Capital

Specialist asset manager Intermediate Capital has hired Stephen Welton as a non-executive director, effective from yesterday, citing Mr Welton’s experience in “strategy and business development”. Mr Welton currently serves as chief executive of private equity firm Business Growth Fund, a role he has held since 2011.
