The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay and The Duchess of Rothesay this morning visited Rosyth Dockyard, Dunfermlin­e, where Her Royal Highness named HMS Prince of Wales, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Fife (Mr Robert Balfour).

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this afternoon visited Scottish Lime Centre Trust, Rocks Road, Charlestow­n, Dunfermlin­e.

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Riddle’s Court, Lawnmarket, Edinburgh, and was received by Brigadier John Thomson (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh).

The Duchess of Rothesay this afternoon visited the House of Bruar, Pitagowan, Blair Atholl, Perthshire, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Perth and Kinross (Brigadier Melville Jamieson).

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Blair Atholl Watermill Bakery, Ford Road, Blair Atholl.

KENSINGTON PALACE September 8th

The Duke of Cambridge this afternoon received Mr Peter Ainsworth (Chairman, the Big Lottery Fund) and Mrs Dawn Austwick (Chief Executive).

BUCKINGHAM PALACE September 8th

The Earl of Wessex this morning visited Laches Wood Outdoor Education Centre, Laches Lane, Slade Heath, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Staffordsh­ire (Mr Ian Dudson).

His Royal Highness this afternoon opened the Villa Training Centre at Staffordsh­ire Fire and Rescue Service Headquarte­rs, Pirehill, Stone, Staffordsh­ire.
