Double Jeopardy (1999)

 Ashley Judd and Tommy Lee Jones are on cruise control in this run-ofthe-mill thriller. Judd plays Libby Parsons, a woman framed for the murder of her husband. The twist is that her husband is, in fact, alive and well. This means that, having served her time, Libby can get away with killing him due to the Double Jeopardy Clause in the Fifth Amendment. Jones is the parole officer trying to stop her from doing just that.
