Lost episode of Only Fools to be broadcast

A lost episode of the classic sitcom Only Fools and Horses will be broadcast for the first time next month, it has been confirmed.

Licensed to Drill has been locked in a vault since 1984.

The episode marked the final on-screen appearance by actor Lennard Pearce, who played Granddad on the long-running series and died shortly after production was completed.

Scenes will be broadcast by UKTV Gold in October. It is being preceded by The Story of Only Fools and Horses, a behind-the-scenes series featuring actors David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst.
