‘Horrendous’ tribute to Diana – or is it Worzel?

A floral tribute to Diana, Princess of Wales, has been described as “absolutely horrendous” and likened to Worzel Gummidge. Chesterfield Borough Council said it hoped the design would bring more people to the town, but locals said it would more likely make them a laughing stock.
