Storm jail break inmates captured

More than 100 prisoners have been recaptured after breaking out of a jail on the British Virgin Islands during Hurricane Irma.

The governor of the islands said the prisoners of Balsam Ghut prison, on Tortola, the largest of the Virgin Islands, were rounded up on Thursday, following an operation by local and Cayman Island police, working alongside the British Royal Marines.
