Moeen smashes his way to record century

Moeen Ali has claimed the record for the fastest century made in a one-day international in England, off only 53 balls against the West Indies in Bristol. England cruised to a 124-run win, with Moeen hitting eight sixes in the course of 14 balls, and moving from 50 to 100 off only 12 balls. His was also the second fastest ODI century by an English batsman. The win takes England to 2-0 in the series with two matches to play. Sport, page 14
