English churches perched above the water
sir – In his interesting Sacred Mysteries article (September 30), Christopher Howse says only three or four examples of chapels on bridges remain in England.
In Huntingdonshire there is one at St Ives, which is still used. Can anyone offer further examples? Paul Kemsley
