Monday
Mrs May will kick-start legislation to cap energy prices for 15 million homes. In Brussels, the next round of Brexit negotiations will begin, with Britain expected to dig in its heels over the “divorce bill”.
Tuesday
The PM faces another Brexit battle as the European Union (Approvals) Bill goes through Committee stage. She will chair her
first Cabinet meeting since the party conference.
Wednesday
Mrs May will go head to head with Jeremy Corbyn for the first PMQS of the parliamentary term.
Thursday
David Davis will update the Prime Minister at the end of four days of Brexit negotiations.
Oct 19-20
Mrs May attends the European Council
meeting, at which she is expected to be told that Britain and the EU have not made sufficient progress on money, citizens’ rights and the Irish border for trade talks to begin.
